Reflection on Project 4

This was one of my favorite projects done all year. I thought it was interesting to find different artist's work that would fit a certain theme. At first I was having a difficult time picking a theme because I wasn't sure at all what I wanted to do. The first picture I came across was the one of Marilyn Monroe. This made me want to find all pictures that were in the olden times. I also thought it would be better if all the pictures were in black and white because containing no color lets the viewer see just how old these pictures are. I liked that some of the pictures I choose had history to them and were of actual people. This project showed me that there are so many different ways that art can be created and that art  can be created. I liked creating the different slides for each picture. I also made sure that my project followed a certain pattern. Once I knew what I wanted that to be the rest of the project was easy. I tried to follow the same thing on each slide. I think this project was good for teaching us how to make connections to different pieces of art to one another.
